2. User Representations and Lead Form Submissions

When submitting an enquiry or quote request on our Website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom.
  • All contact information, property details, and postcode entries provided are true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are the legal owner of the subject property, or have express written authority from the property owner to commission estimates for the specified works.

4. Consumer Due Diligence & Safety

Before committing to any physical works or making financial payments to an introduced contractor, you are strictly advised to:

  • Verify that the contractor holds valid public liability insurance and, where applicable, professional indemnity cover.
  • Inspect valid licensing, certifications, or competent person memberships appropriate to the trade (e.g., Gas Safe Register, PCA, RICS, NICEIC, TrustMark).
  • Request and retain written quotes, contracts, and scope-of-work documents detailing material specifications, disposal procedures, and warranty terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
